On Dec.18th, 2012, State Forestry Bureau Science & Technology Division organized an evaluation meeting for scientific achievements of major projects of national forestry industry. The meeting was organized by director Zhang Zhida. Attendees listened working report regarding research and application of “precise positioning U-shape working technology for wooden door frames” delivered by our researchers, checked related documents for test and examination and inquired customer participants for use conditions. After query, reply, appraisal discuss, finally they made an evaluation opinion as “strong technical innovation be in domestic leading level and the double base shift working technology reached international advanced level.”
“Precise positioning U-shape working technology for wooden door frames” is one of tasks by national forestry industry’s crucial project- Wood Composite Door Mechanized Manufacturing and Pro-environment Painting Technical Research. It is co-developed by National Academy of Forestry Research Institute of Wood Industry and our company. We arranged a professional team soon to make market research after receive the task. To aim at the special demands for processing wooden door frames in our country, we carried out a series technical innovation researches, such as, high precise U-shape cutting technology, multi-position clamping & positioning technology for U-shape door frames, door frame double base shift working technology, door frame multi operation combine working technology, parts connecting double precise positioning technology, etc. and made a draft “CNC Wooden Door Frame Combine Working Solution” conforming with forestry industry standards. We were awarded a national patent, wrote an academic paper and developed four CNC door frame cutting-drilling-milling combine machines with different configuration. Those machines brought a fine fortune for customers and adopted by a lot of key wooden door enterprises, such as Zhejiang Huayue, Oppein, Spring, Beijing TATA, Shanjia, HOLZER, Hebei Kangjie, Dalian Jinqiao, Shenyang Jinuoer, Jiangsu Fulihua etc.
